Karen Dillon

President


Karen Dillon, an automotive industry veteran and an expert at managing and expanding developing companies, began working with Phyllis Szydlowski in November 2021 to develop ProfitKeeperPro.com.


Her entry into the automotive industry was in early 1985 when she began, as an independent agent, selling credit insurance and extended service contracts to automobile dealers.  She joined Lease Marketing, Ltd., the company that originated the
LeaseLink product, as Executive Vice President in May 1994. 


Over the next ten years Karen helped expand
LeaseLink from a total of 65 installations into the largest provider of leasing data to the dealer and financial industry, with over 4,000 customers.  Karen and her partner sold the company to DealerTrack in August 2004 and Dillon moved on to develop and expand TimeHighway.com.


TimeHighway.com was approved and endorsed by numerous OEMs – Acura, Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Chrysler, BMW and utilized by several hundred dealerships to better manage their service departments by providing proper scheduling and overall shop management.  TimeHighway.com was sold to CIP Capital in August 2016, and TimeHighway and three marketing companies (Peak Performance, Dealer Product Services, OneCommand) were combined to form Affinitiv.  Karen stayed on as Executive Vice President until the end of April 2020.


Phyllis Szydlowski

Executive Vice President

 Phyllis Szydlowski, a 30-year veteran of the Auto industry, and an expert in Parts and Service, realized that a Service Manager, Fixed Ops Director, General Manager or Dealership Owner needed a tool to better manage and capture any Parts and Service compromises. 


Her background as a Fixed Operations Director over a group of stores, as well as the General Manager of a highline used vehicle dealership, provided the experience needed in this area to identify the best way to deliver this information…..thus ProfitKeeperPro was formed.  Phyllis worked as a Consultant with a dealership in the Houston area during the development phase, which allowed her to manually check the information that was delivered from the dealer’s DMS system through our software to the dealer’s ProfitKeeperPro.com Dashboard.


Having detailed knowledge of dealerships’ DMS systems, as well as accounting and financial statements, along with years of working with Service Managers, Parts Managers, Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Manufacturers also allowed her to understand the processes and reporting currently being utilized did not provide detailed information that could easily be understood.


LaFonda D. Miller

Chief Operating Officer

LaFonda brings over 35 years of solid automotive leadership and experience to ProfitKeeperPro.com.  She began her automobile career working as an assistant for a General Agent who marketed service contracts, credit insurance, and conducted F&I training.  From there, LaFonda worked as an F&I/Leasing Manager where she became familiar with LeaseLink – a comprehensive software solution for automobile leasing.


LML Technologies, the developers of
LeaseLink, became LaFonda’s next career stop, where she held the position of Director of Training for 8 years and was responsible for multiple training venues and a large training staff.  She personally trained over 10,000 Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, F&I Managers, and Sales Representatives on the LeaseLink program.  She was then promoted to an Area Director overseeing sales, support, and training for three of six U.S. regions, encompassing 2,200+ automotive dealerships.


LaFonda joined TimeHighway.com in January 2004 as Chief Operating Officer.  During her 14-year tenure, she was responsible for overseeing all areas of operations, as well as driving enhancements to the software, sales and support processes, and vendor relationships, all of which significantly expanded the company’s footprint in the automobile industry.
